Hi, my name is Stanley Montz. I am the owner and broker of The Stanley Group.

My career in real estate began in 1963 as General Manager of several retail sales locations in the manufactured housing business in the New Orleans and Midland, Texas.

In 1972, I opened my own mobile home sales business, beginning with one location, and eventually becoming one of the key figures in the manufacturing housing industry including sales and subdivision development in the state of Texas. During that time I was involved in the development of over 1000 acres of residential subdivisions and industrial developments.

By 1981, I was president and owner of First Quality Homes of Texas, which operated some 12 retail and wholesale retail sites throughout Texas with gross revenues in excess of 15 million dollars. During that time I became an active investor and developer in the Texas real estate market.

In 1986, I formed Texas Investors Network, Inc., a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). Due to the Tax Reform Act of 1886 it was difficult to make offerings to issue limited partnerships thus I returned to real estate arena. Along with my partner, Jerry Green we became the largest resellers of FHA and VA foreclosures in the Houston area.

I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), member of the National Association of Realtors and the Houston Board of Realtors.

I grew up in a family of builders and real estate developers in Grand Island, Nebraska. So, I learned early to value well-designed and well-built homes and the business skills necessary to complete a residential community.

After I moved to Houston in 1984, I worked for a number of years in the non-profit community, where I gained valuable management and people skills.I have needed all those skills in the past few years as my husband, Stanley, and I have built our own real estate firm, The Stanley Group.

Having purchased and sold numerous homes of my own, I empathize with my clients' fears, uncertainties and challenges as they move through the process of buying or selling a home. It is one of my goals to make this process as hassle free as possible. Of great importance to me is the communication that is necessary between an agent and their clients and consider it essential that I be readily available when questions or concerns arise.

I'm committed to giving my clients the best service possible, by providing strict confidentiality of any real estate inquiries, no money down to qualified buyers, assistance in arranging mortgages and honesty in my
dealings with them.

William Gordon has been a full time agent in the real estate market for 5 years. After working for one of the larger real estate companies in the area, he talked to The Stanley Group, and with the programs they can offer, he made the decision to move and has been here for over a year.  He has a degree in accounting and has held several financial positions with two mid-size companies in the Houston area.    Along with accounting, William has a teaching certification and owned a successful pet shop in West U. for 18 years. 

 

William is married and has one daughter.  He enjoys sports, nature and classic muscle cars.  He rebuilt his own '70 Super Bee and dropped in a stroker 400 engine. He is a parrot breeder and currently breeds African Greys and Caiques.

Born and raised in South Louisiana, I moved to Houston in the early 80’s due to my husband’s oilfield career and fell in love with the city. Soon thereafter, we began traveling the world in search of that Texas tea, (black oil). Upon my husband’s retirement, we quickly settled back in Houston where I soon began my Real Estate career. I began working for a major Commercial Property Management company. When a close family member moved to Houston, she enlisted my help in searching for a home in the metroplex. While becoming deeply involved in the process, I began to see the true value of a quality realtor; one that can truly identify with the client’s needs as well as their budget, thus putting them in the home of their dreams. Right then and there I knew what my career path was; to become a Realtor that could assist in people’s dreams coming true.

I am now a Licensed Real Estate Consultant and would love to work with you in pursuing your dream home in this wonderful metroplex.

I’ve been married for over 23 years to a wonderful man. Together we have 5 children and 8 grandchildren.

My hobbies are movies, reading, football, fishing and hunting.
